Delete your Renewbird account

You can delete your Renewbird account (by Renewbird by Owais Builds) at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Renewbird and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

It takes effect immediately.

Without the app

Email kowais915@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Renewbird account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, settings and time zone
Your sign-in record at our sign-in provider
Records of the reminder emails sent to you
If you’re the only person in your household: every document, note, photo and PDF in it

What is kept

If you share a household, its documents and files stay with the other members, since they are the family’s records. You are removed from it.
Anonymous crash reports for up to 90 days.
Records Google Play keeps about purchases, under Google’s own policies.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Plus subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
