Reminders
I didn’t get a notification. Check that notifications are on: Renewbird → Settings → Notifications on this phone. Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery; allow Renewbird to run unrestricted in your phone’s battery settings. Each document’s screen lists the exact dates and times its reminders are set for.
I didn’t get an email. Check spam and promotions, and that email reminders are on in Settings. Emails go to the address you sign in with.
What time do reminders arrive? Notifications at 9:00 in your phone’s time zone on each reminder day. Emails go out once a day.
Documents
How do I mark something renewed? Open it and tap Mark renewed, then enter the new date. Reminders reset automatically.
I’m not renewing something. Open it and tap Archive. It stops reminding you and stays in Settings → Archive.
Households
How do I invite someone? Household → Share invite (Plus). They install Renewbird, sign in, and enter the 6-character code under Household → Have an invite code.
What happens to my documents when I join? They move into the household you join. If you leave later, the documents stay with that household.
Plus
Restore a purchase: open Plus (Settings → Plan) and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Google account you bought with.
Cancel: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Renewbird → Cancel.
Your account and data
- Export everything: Settings → Export as a spreadsheet.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
